Itineranti: The adventures of The Go! Team

how appropriate that iconbuffet drops me an email just now, delivering up a tasty new morsel for us. i discovered icon buffet at the peak of my thoughtStreaming a few months ago. let me pop some of them up here and then see if i can post a few pix that my new assistant ‘sprocket’ took while we were at the beach. sprocket is quite the gear-head and helps me with many tasks while living on the road, running my business and making desired future become reality. more on him later, or i’m sure he’ll speak up as well. sprocket is an xv6700 pocket pc. along with tin-machine (my handy apple powerbook g4), and daisy (the vulva wagon), we comprise ‘The Go! Team‘. We appropriated that name after listening to our collective favorite band, ‘The Go! Team‘. It best represents the mindset and actions that make up my life at this moment and we wear that label with pride.

yesterday, sprocket and i dropped my pop off at LAX airport and then, to avoid the nightmarish pulse of traffic that conjured itself upon our freeway system like a blood clot aching to become one with it’s host, i headed to my old stomping grounds of the south bay. ahhh, high school days. they found me in manhattan beach. it was fun strolling down the lane of memories but also a bit sad for some reason. oh, how i ache to follow my heart and explore these roadways of the western edge.. the great pacific ocean. every town upon the coast that i visit i just love. time to explore. time for seeking spirit: road edition.

i grew up on the coast. so dear to me is the pacific and the stretch of land that eases up her majestic shorelines and green and brown cliffs. be near her i must.

now, how to get the pix off of sprocket and onto tin machine? stand by.. where’s that manual?

cool. sprocket just beamed the pix over bluetooth to tin machine. now it’s up to me to post them.

here is a picture of some tiny shells i found on the sand in redondo beach. aren’t they pretty?
